1. Registration issues in colors.
Root Cause
(1) Certain DTF film coatings contain a significant silicone content, causing rubber grippers to become slippery.

(1) Elevated relative humidity.
(2) The presence of fine particles and moisture in the adhesive powder.
(3) Incorrect positioning and speed of powder removal flaps in the shaker machine.
(4) Generation of static on the film surface
Countermeasure
(1) Ensure relative humidity remains below 52%(RH).
(2) Utilize high-quality adhesive powder and incorporate a free-flowing additive.
(3) Fine-tune and sustain the loop in the powder shaker.
(4) Integrate a static eliminator in the powdering area.
(5) Opt for our DTF film with built-in antistatic coating and complement it with our Free Flow Additive and Pu Powder.
4. Oil on finished DTF Labels
Root Cause
(1) Excessive use of humectants such as glycerine and glycolsin DTF inks.
(2) insufficient drying temperature and duration.
Countermeasure
(1) Opt for inks with reduced humectant content.
(2) Set the machine temperature to around 110°C to 130°Censuring that the film's surface reaches 160°C to 180°C for 2 to 4 minutes.
5. DTF Label Non-Transfer
Root Cause
(1) Subpar film quality.
(2) Insufficient temperature, pressure, or transfer machineduration.
(3) Absence of adhesive powder on the printed label.
(4) Excessive oiling on DTF labels.
Countermeasure
(1) Opt for high-quality film.
(2) Ensure proper transfer machine settings: Temperature between 140°C to 160°C.
Pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bars, and a Time frame of 8 to 15 seconds. Verifyconsistent pressure across all corners.
(3) Thoroughly examine the powder application process.
(4) Consider a secondary drying or curing step for the labels.
